Travis Allred

Founder

Travis is a Cache Valley native and loves this community. He graduated from Sky View High School in 2000 and served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints prior to attending Utah State University. There, he met and married his amazing wife BreeAnn in 2004, and they have 4 beautiful children. He’s enjoyed serving Cache Valley and the surrounding areas in the real estate industry for the past 18 years. Since that time, Travis has owned and operated 9 businesses while continuing to help others grow personally and professionally. As CEO of TABA Collective - his purpose is Opening Doors To More.

Corey Brady

Partner

Corey Brady is a dedicated Realtor and owner with REMAX Peaks, serving the vibrant communities of Cache Valley and northern Utah. As part of The Allred Team, he fulfills the team’s motto of elevating life’s milestones by guiding families and investors through some of their most meaningful decisions.

With over 8 years of experience in real estate, new construction, and development, Corey offers clients more than guidance, he offers perspective. He understands the numbers behind the walls and the dreams behind the decisions. Every transaction is treated as a partnership built on faith, integrity, and growth.

Outside of work, Corey spends his time golfing, reading, and enjoying life with his wife and five daughters. His life and business share one goal: to help others rise higher by building strong foundations; in homes, relationships, and communities.

Alex Speth

Executive Assistant

Alex Speth serves as Executive Assistant at RE/MAX Peaks, where she helps keep the team organized, supported, and moving forward. With a strong attention to detail and a natural ability to connect with people, Alex works behind the scenes to ensure agents have what they need and that processes run smoothly.

She takes pride in creating structure, solving problems, and being someone the team can rely on. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

Kyle Hanson

Director of Finance

Originally from a small town in Idaho, Kyle developed a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others early on—values strengthened during his service as an LDS missionary. His college experience sharpened his communication, sales, and organizational skills, along with a deep sense of teamwork and accountability. These skills have allowed him to excel in his position as Director of Finance for TABA. Outside of work, Kyle manages his own business, gaining firsthand experience in entrepreneurship and strategic decision-making. In his free time, he enjoys working on anything with an engine, gaming, working out, listening to podcasts, and spending time with friends. Kyle is always eager to take on new challenges and continue growing both personally and professionally.


Beth Larcher

Director of Development

Beth Larchar is the Director of Franchise Development and Operations. Beth brings seven year's experience building and maintaining franchise operations for a homebuilding company. She has been a primary architect of the process and resource library for franchisees, as well as the onboarding expert for new franchises. She also has been involved in land development processes for five years and has successfully launched many new communities in Utah and Idaho. 

Keaton Horman

Director of IT and Marketing

Keaton is a Cache Valley native and he helps TABA on building simple, effective systems that help the organization run smoothly and grow. In his free time he enjoys running, biking, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
